Privacy
Echoes of Faith: The Ark is a game by Kuru Games for iPhone, iPad and Android. In short: the game does not collect personal data. Here are the details.
What the game doesn't do
You can play from start to finish without giving any data:
- No account or sign-in.
- No ads.
- No in-app purchases.
- No analytics or ad-tracking tools.
- No access to your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
Your game stays on your device
Your progress (chapter, missions and inventory) and your settings (language, volume and guide) are stored only on your device. They never reach us or anyone else.
Uninstalling the game deletes them. Starting a new game replaces the previous one. Depending on your device settings, the system may include them in your iCloud or Google backups.
The game engine
The game is built with Unity. When it starts, Unity may send Unity Technologies anonymous technical information about the device, such as the model, operating system, processor and screen, to improve its engine. This never includes your name, email or anything that identifies you. Learn more in Unity's privacy policy.
Store statistics
Apple and Google may share general usage statistics and crash reports with us, only if you agreed to it in your device settings. They reach us grouped and without anything that identifies you, and we use them only to fix bugs.
Children and families
The Ark is made to be played as a family. Since the game collects no personal data, it collects no data from children either.
Changes to this policy
If a future version adds anything that uses data, such as cloud saves, we will update this page before releasing it and change the date below.
